Great service! I used them for a deep clean and was very happy with the results. Customer Service followed up with openings for earlier dates as they popped up, and let us know what to expect. Our cleaner was friendly, professional, and thorough, leaving the house spic and span. I will definitely use them again.

My Cute Maid service is good - the cleaners are supposed to bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies and the supplies are supposed to be non-toxic and environmentally friendly. I've had positive interactions with the office staff though we having a set schedule and a dedicated cleaner means that we don't deal with them often.

Scheduling with My Cuted Maid was easy and efficient. I was a bit surprised that one person was sent to do the cleaning assessment and the first deep clean because that is a lot of work for one person. However, she was really thorough. She spent about 4 hours in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo- She did a fantastic job and I was very impressed. I set up recurring cleaning services on a monthly basis, and will definitely use them biweekly if I find I need them more frequently. I have a dog who sheds, hardwood floors, and gabbeh wool rugs. All products were pet safe and not harsh, which is important to me. I would highly recommend using this service- they are professional, dependable, and reliable. Additionally, the rate is very reasonable, and they do a thorough job...she spent time cleaning the baseboards and all molding on doors. My only recommendation is that they work in teams of 2; this way the job is done faster and they don't get as tired! Thank you!

She was responsive to my initial inquiries and followed up with phone calls before and after my cleaning. I felt valued and listened to and not pressured to add or extend services. I'm protective of my home and reserved about who I let come into my sanctuary and I was very pleased with the cleaner who was assigned to me. She was on time, prepared with her cleaning supplies and took the time to walk around my home with me asking for specific areas I wanted addressed. I felt comfortable leaving for work and when I came home, was happy with the results, our condo felt clean, tidy, fresh and she took the time to clean the blinds and leave mints on our dining room table. Couldn't have asked for a better experience using them for my first time. The owner is great to work with and went above and beyond last minute to clean a home I had for sale. They had a very busy day but rather then trying to reschedule their appointment they came out late at night and did a fantastic job.
